There are financing programs available that allow buyers to take out a loan with ZERO DOWN, as well as state programs that provide Down Payment Assistance up to $7,500 for first-time home buyers.
About Me
I was born in Michigan, raised in Troy and have lived in this area my whole life. I graduated from Troy High School when it was still on Livernois! (a site currently occupied by the Troy Community Center).
